The Monthly Town Hall

The Monthly Town Hall is a meeting held once a month on Wednesdays for 2.5 hours in the cafeteria. This meeting is hosted by Stanislas and Bastien and brings together the entire company. It takes the form of a PowerPoint presentation covering the progress of technical management, important news, and introductions of new arrivals.
The Social and Economic Committee (CSE)
The Social and Economic Committee (CSE) is the entity representing ALL staff including employees, temporary staff, trainees, etc. Its main mission is to sustain a permanent social dialogue with management.
By doing so, it ensures:
β Individual and collective expression of employees’ views on wages
β Application of labour law and collective agreements
β Promoting health, safety and proper working conditions
β Carrying out investigations into accidents at work or occupational illnesses
β The ability to refer matters to health and safety inspection if necessary
β The right to sound the alarm in the event of infringement of individual rights or in the event of serious and imminent danger to public health or the environment
What else?
ππ The CSE also organizes internal company events such as game nights and Christmas dinner.
In a word, how does the CSE work?
π It gathers and presents employees’ individual or collective requests to management at monthly meetings. Extraordinary meetings may be organized for urgent cases reported between two ordinary meetings.
Internal Events

We often have internal events, like at Christmas we had a dinner and a secret santa party, a Halloween party, summer parties and game nights. It’s a good time to spend time with colleagues and talk to people you don’t usually get to interact withπ€ These events are not mandatory to attend, but we advise you to attend!
Team buildings
The company offers for each quarter 20β¬ per person for you to go and do an activity with your department to have fun and strengthen your team spiritπ€. It is you and your department who choose the activity you want to do.

π± Social office
For any other kind of casual events, sports gatherings, recommandations on the last cool place to eat and βWho could help me with moving that 2-ton new piece of furniture on Saturday morning?β, most of us use a dedicated Latitude group in a smartphone app π If you are willing to join the discussion, youβll be integrated right away!
We β€οΈ dogs
πΆDo you have a pet? Whether it’s small or big you may bring them along at the office, they are welcome to stay with us within safe zones π To do this, you must sign the ‘Dog Charter’ along with proof of liability insurance.
