Hello 👋 You are about to join our team, congrats! We are thrilled to meet you 🙂 Let’s introduce you to the schedule of your first steps at Latitude, after your arrival at 10:30 am on day 1 with us:

• 9:30 – 11:00: You will be welcomed and introduced to Latitude (Global presentation of the company and the tools at your disposal) and your workplace. Feel free to drop tons of questions!
• 11:00 – 12:00: IT and Security training by IT Team. You will receive your professional computer during this time 🙂
• 12:00-14:00: offsite manager with your manager.
• 14:00-18:00: Start of your assignments

Congratulations! You’ve made through your first day. Let’s introduce some important milestones coming in the upcoming future.

📅 1st week

Intoduction to Latitude teams and tasks. You will have a recap meeting with your manager at the end of this first week to discuss your first impressions:

• Your role within your team and the company
• Knowledges and skills to acquire
• Setting your first objectives

You will also receive an observation survey you can fill throughout your first month with us.

📅 3rd week

Meeting with CSE (Social and Economic Committee)

📅 Within 1 month with us

Integration meeting with Head of HR:

• Evaluate your level of integration within the team
• Discuss solutions to potential issues

📸 Photoshoot of your Latitude official picture

📅 Once your trial period is over

Trial period assessment document is being filled with your manager and yourself:

• Tasks and projects achieved so far
• Final integration evaluation within team
• Trial period renewal (can be requested by either company or recruitee) or full-time contract confirmation
• Upcoming year mission objectives set integrating training needs

🤗 The Buddy Program

The Buddy Program at Latitude is an internal program that pairs new employees with experienced colleagues. This program ensures that new team members have a smooth transition and a friendly way of blending into the team.

Buddies provide support, guidance, and answers to any questions that new employees may have. By having a dedicated buddy, new employees can feel more comfortable and quickly integrate into the company culture. The Buddy Program is a valuable resource that promotes a welcoming and supportive environment for all new hires at Latitude.

Latitude is organizing an evening gathering for all mentors and their mentees (new arrivals this month) to encourage interaction and allow everyone to get to know each other in a friendly atmosphere.
